St. Charles Art Gallery is located among over 50 shops and restaurants in the heart of Downtown Rockport, Texas where we have the right combination of art, shopping, fine foods, accommodations and a welcoming attitude. Rockport has been an artists' community since the mid 1800's, has been named one of the Top 100 Small Art Towns in America and boasts over a dozen art galleries and more artists per capita than Paris, France.
St. Charles Art Gallery opened in 1999 and features the art of 37 award winning artists whose works are contemporary, diverse and affordable. We host special events at the gallery and participate in artwalks held throughout the year.
Located on beautiful Aransas Bay, St. Charles is only a few blocks from the marina, beach, aquarium, Maritime Museum and the Rockport Center for the Arts.
